What is the correct setting on the CPAP for the new Dreamwear FFM?

I have the reverse experience! I live at 3500 ft and took my sleep study at 7500 ft. MANY Centrals at 7500 ft. My therapy at 3500 ft shows far less centrals. Sleep doctor said should would not recommend me moving to a higher elevation.

What would be your aim in doing so? Your AHI, as reported, is already in sublime territory........why not just mentally note the apparently spurious CA's and move on to the garden? I admit to being on OCD (obsessive compulsive). But some days 75% of my events are like the one above...I just want to...

I loved my dreamwear mask for comfort, but I could not control the leaks. Maybe this one would be the best of both worlds.
