Oscar shows a 95% value as the max value the same as rescan. It removes the outlier values.

Re: is my machine delivering the right pressure
How were your ASV settings arrived at ? Normally in an ASV the PS is allowed to roam upto 15 yours is fixed at 5 that severely limits the ability of the ASV to treat your central apnoea. It looks to be working as programmed they just don’t look very good settings

Re: Frustrated with seeming OSA misdiagnosis. Can I ask them to re-read my study?
Between 3:05 and 3:54 you were breathing very smoothly and evenly so the machine was doing nothing. Before and after that it was increasing PS often to try and even out your breathing

Good job on you first night on the machine as your body gets used to having the Alien on your face you will find you sleep without taking the mask off. Post up some graphs when you get a chance it will be interesting to see.

Re: Face pain
I believe it is due to pain that I experience from the mask. It sounds like you are not certain. :? I’m not certain at all, but to me it is the most obvious side effect of treatment. I imagine if the mask issue gets settled something else like pressure is bound to come up. This is just my current s...

When you get supplies I would wash them in hot soapy water to ensure they are not contaminated in any way

Re: Frustrated with seeming OSA misdiagnosis. Can I ask them to re-read my study?
I think you should set you min Epap higher to 5 then set min pressure support to 3 Max Epap to 12 you will then get more airflow to combat the feeling of lack of air. Epap will only rise slowly to treat obstructive Apnoeas as needed. The PS will only rise on a breath by breath basis if you have cent...

Re: AirSense™ 10 AutoSet Panel Light
Same thing here. Their dim is to damn dim for my old eyes. Totally useless in the dark-or nearly dark. I put a small lamp by my cpap, and aim the beam right at the sensor. (A 1/4" dark oval in upper right corner by the screen..) While traveling, I shine a flashlight at the sensor before touching an...

Here's what I would suggest if trying apap mode. Mode....auto Minimum of 13 Maximum of 20 EPR ...off Jas....we know about the centrals but for right now just trying to deal with the obstructives and see how many centrals are left needing to be dealt with. His doctor won't do anything for 6 weeks so...
