I'm not too concerned about this initial data and have no idea how much of it can be trusted to be accurate. OK then there's 2 possibilities, keeping in mind that that thing cannot reliably differentiate central apneas from obstructive: He's awake, and you're generating a pile of central apneas; or...

ISTM that those aggressive pressure increases should have resulted in a few more NRAHs, but on closer review, look like they just missed criteria.
