An ahi of 0.5 is really good figures that’s 4 events over an 8 hour period of sleep. Don’t fret about chasing anything lower..

Take a look at Apneaboard in the members file areas you need to be a member that can help you get encore but I have heard it’s a horrible application that requires Microsoft sql installing

Use whatever you like on your current machine, The RX from the Doc will ensure you get a BiLevel as those settings are not availiable on an autoset. When you get your new machine configure it how you like... what is the issue ? Your pescription is for your new machine..

It won’t work on an IPad Sleepyhead only works on Apple Mac, Windows or Linux.

You really need to go into the clinical menu and change the minimum pressure to a higher value I suggest 6 as a starting point - to get into the clinical menu press and hold the ‘Home’ key and the circular knob for over 3 seconds, If your minimum pressure is 4 it’s too low.
