If you are still using moisturizers, etc., I would recommend against Vaseline or any other petroleum-based product, as they can cause your mask to deteriorate.

My comments were based on the observed behavior of my Intellipap. It is made by a different company (based in the US), and used by a much smaller percentage of people, than the machines used by the other posters here (whose manufacturers are not US-based). I believe that when you first plug it in, the clock starts. The first 24 hours would be day 1, the next 24 hours day 2, etc. If you unplug it and then plug it back in, the clock starts over.

Ayr nasal gel swabbed gently inside the nose really helped me before my nose got used to PAP.
