Re: Questions on new Resmed Airsense 10
look at anything else like the dream station? Size wish the resmed looks to be smaller only if you want inferior treatment. also the DS is much larger on the table than the resmed air10 series. Thanks that is what it looked like to me. The place closest to me only sold the DS so I did a little look...

Re: Finally got my AirSense 10 AutoSet
Hi Hannibal 2 , Obviously, I'm not speaking for the ResMed tech, but one set of reasons why she brushed aside your offer of a consultation fee may be that (a) she is already being paid by ResMed UK, and (b) the situation she and you were in is something of a grey area. If she were to take a fee fro...

Be sure the "essentials Plus" is "on". This will give you more info. Did anyone tell you your avatar is freaky-lookin'? Sheriff I'll check that tonight, thanks! Nobody told me that before about my avatar, I used to think that anyone in a mask was 'freaky lookin" but now it's just normal I've busted...

Re: I'm Afraid You'll Think I'm Disgusting
When I first started treatment 2.5 years ago, my sleep tech told me not to worry too much about cleaning, "it's your own flora and fauna" he told me. now, THAT is wise advice. Very wise in hindsight, but I HAD started to doubt it. yah... think about it, if your own germs (in their right places, of ...

I'll certainly keep you posted, really appreciate your guidancePugsy wrote:I will be anxious to hear how you feel about having a real working heated humidifier instead of that cobbled up system you were using.
I know it's probably too soon to form an opinion about that part of things.

Re: Finally got my AirSense 10 AutoSet
"After you wake up, leave your machine on and give it about an hour to send your data to myAir." I think that I also read somewhere that the first time takes longer to be received. "ON" does not mean "BLOWING". ON means "don't unplug it from the wall, or hold the button down for a long time to actu...

Re: Finally got my AirSense 10 AutoSet
Congrats on your new machine! I also have the Resmed Autoset 10 and it does not have to be on to transmit the data. It does, however, take some time for the info to show up on their website. I usually check it when I get to work in the morning just to see what my AHI is. It should be there within a...

Finally got my AirSense 10 AutoSet
The ResMed tech spent over an hour with me and didn't want to charge a consultation fee! I explained why I wanted the girly 'For Her' machine (extra algorithm, same price, no brainier) and she was happy with that. Ok, so because I am not sure how much or little I mouth breathe (my previous machine h...

Re: I'm Afraid You'll Think I'm Disgusting
but I use the same hose for 2 or 3 years and never clean it. I rinse my nasal pillows once a month or so. Never even tried to wash the headgear/straps/bands of whatever device I was wearing. I clean my humidifier tank every 60 days or so, when I notice it getting slimy. I think I am a negative role...
