Also is more than 12 as minimum pressure acceptable? I remember we started at 6.

My advise to keep going back to your physician till you are happy with the devise and the mask. We had various issues over the first year and we didn't give up. The snores are certainly real and they kept me awake again all night. Sighhhh We have checked and the humidifier is not in use.
