Re: Amara gel FFM--what am I doing wrong?

I got suckered into trying the Amara Gel too! For me it was one of the worst masks I ever tried. I couldn't even come close to making the Amara work. I would take that thing back while you can. There are far better options. I REALLY like the Quattro Air, and it's been my most trouble free mask yet. ...

If you're eating low carb, pork rinds can't be beat! The salt and vinegar flavor are great if you can find them.

Re: OT - Cardiologists recommend wider use of statin drugs

Has anyone tried Red Yeast Rice? It's sort of a 'natural' statin. My LDL was on the high side, but came down considerably when used in combination with a low carb diet. My Doctor was pleased and said "keep doing what you're doing" but for some reason it wasn't as effective when I went off low carb e...

I got maybe a couple dozen? But I don't post as much as ya'lls. I'm guessing the notifications will stop, now that we're all caught up.

I'm not even reading all the stuff that Todzo is posting. I'm skimming past all that and reading only for the entertainment value. I suspect many people are doing the same thing, thus why the viewed number is increasing. It's not out of actual interest or concern in all that he's posting... Yeah me...

I can't speak for Stormy, but I don't see how she would be expected to prove anything to someone asking a question like that.
Sheesh. Give it a rest, already!

Re: Review of Quattro AIR

Dori, I'm sorry to hear that the Quattro Air isn't working out. I was really hoping that it would, seeing that I have had such a good experience with mine. But as we know, every face is different, and as some have observed, folks seem to love or hate this mask. It appears that it may be too narrow f...

Mollete is highly intelligent and can be extremely helpful. He loves stirring up a little crap from time to time and doesn't care about other peoples opinions of him. I don't believe he really has a pet stump but at times he can be very funny. I may end up on his foe list for saying this but I thin...
