Re: Comments on ResMed AutoSet Spirit
First, thanks for quick replies. I'm going to the sleep policlinic this morning, and I needed this info for that. I had my sleep study about 2 weeks ago and I don't have the report yet, so I guess I don't have the further info to you yet. The clinic was part of a teaching hospital, and I was selecte...

I guess it handles obstructive events well? Is it normal that breathing feels like after exhaling the lung...

Re: sore throat with seeping turbo
I was born in a little but old town, Rauma (founded in 1442), about 90 km north from Turku. Now I live in Nokia which is about 25 km west from Tampere (where I work). I'm not yet familiar with the machines available here, but I guess I can cast some light on this once I get my registration in a Fin...

Re: sore throat with seeping turbo
Your open mouth is completely defeating the therapy by letting the air leak from your airway instead of pressurizing your closed airway. There are several ways to address the problem, among which are the full face masks, mouth taping, chin straps, mouth pieces. If you click on the light bulb at the...

Re: sore throat with seeping turbo
By the way, after writing a message as "wishful sore-throat" I decided to register. Tervetuloa, Turbosnore! You may be the first Finn in this forum. (I'm only 1/4 Finnish. But we're big fans of Mikko Hirvonen and Aki Kaurismaki here in our little house in Wisconsin!) I remember the sore-throat feel...

Re: sore throat with seeping turbo
I guess I have to check mask types that cover my mouth too and hybrid looks like attractive alternative.
What about the pressure? Has anyone had same kind of problems?

Re: I don't like "lurking"...
Yeah, we don't like lurkers either. When we discover them, we call the police. Welcome to the board! Babs OK, OK, OK. I have been lurking for 5 hours, but I got convinced I better register and introduce myself while still free. I already wrote a message as "wishful sore-throat". I'm new to this CPA...
