Re: Considering "the works" surgery and would love advice
Hi, Please let me send you a reply from a person who had all the surgery(UPPP), where everything was removed and it was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. After 15 long months of trying to use c-pap with no results my Dr. told me that I had failed c-pap and wanted me to me to have the sur...

Re: Creative use of CPAP
I use cold water from the faucet for burns, immerse the affected area under the water and hold it there until it stops burning.Works for me and mine, never even leaves a mark.
For itching I use an ice pack on the area.

Re: I hate CPAP.
I think newbies would find it helpful to hear that people "hated" and/or did not adapt immediately to CPAP, but then eventually did accept and adjust to it. That's more inspiring to someone who is struggling than hearing from those who took to it like ducks to water, I think. It goes without saying...

Re: (Poll) How Many Hours Do You Sleep A Night?
Rarely sleep more than 2 or 3 hours before the mask wakes me up leaking. Can't ever go back to sleep. I know that's not enough sleep but I have tried every mask out there and they all bother me.I just do the best I can. I have talked to my Dr., he says that he always gets up at 4 a.m. so maybe that's...

Re: Poll: Senitive/Hyperarousable Sleepers
I would give anything to be able to sleep with my machine but I cannot. Believe me I have tried so hard and I am still trying but everything about it wakes me up all the time. I have tried everything that I have read on this forum since 2006 and it just doesn't work for me. I can get everything sett...

Re: frustrated by straps
I don't have a quick connect, just a plain cpap hose attached to my mask. I never take it off at night and never have, all I do is turn off my machine and take off the hose where its attached to my mask. Once I'm back to bed, I shove my hose back on to my mask, turn on the machine and go back to sl...

Is the slimline hose setting used for the climateline?
Hi, a few weeks ago I got a new climateline hose for my S9.Do I change any settings on the machine or just leave it on slimline? It doesn't seem as though it's much warmer than the regular hose.
Thanks so much.

Re: AHI 0.0 : A first on my Intellipap AutoAdjust
When I click on detailed it says no detailed data available.I don't know a lot about a computer. But thanks anyway! ResScan defaults to download the summery data only. You have to tell it to get all the detailed data as well as the summary stuff. So this has to be chose prior to download itself. Or...
