I have small back up power thing that runs off a 40ah lifepo4. Pair it with an appropriate charger and balance module and it's a decent option I think...

Have you tried melatonin? 12 mg usually does the trick for me to fall asleep pretty quick. That seems like a pretty heavy dose. I think most recommend starting with a dose of about 0.3 mg and working up to about 5mg, if needed for insomnia. Here's just one reference. Dr Google has plenty. http://ww...

Melatonin is just a synthetic chemical in the brain when you're tired right? If so wouldn't it just be like taking Xanax if you're already tired?

I went to doctors today because I've been extremely exhausted lately and still waiting on sleep study results. I have been getting 7 to 9 hours of sleep according to Fitbit every night but still exhausted. Dr today prescribed me 0.5 mg Xanax. Won't that just make things worse if I have sleep apnea?...
