FlashAir card and data read

My FlashAir card is now recognized by FlashPAP and is downloading data to a folder on my HD. I cannot access the data in this folder using ResScan or SleepyHead. Looking through a few previous posts it seems that I have to download to an SD card or USB key for the software to retrieve it. Can the software read the data directly from my HD? What am I missing here?
