I have had a CPAP machine for years and it has largely worked well for me, I have a dream to wake up one day feeling fresh and ready to take on the day. In pursuing this goal I managed to get my machine changed to a Respironics System One running in Auto mode in order to harvest and understand the data, hopefully to correlate lifestyle changes with some concrete data. I seem to be close to the objective of getting a 0 AHI, however I still do not feel well rested. Looking though my flow rates I come across this profile occurring time and again, however the machine doesn't flag it as anything unusual. Does anyone know what it might might mean, if anything? It seems to be a deep breath followed by nothing for a period of 6-15 seconds.
