Why am I going into lucid dreaming right away for an hour and a half

Just got my bipap a few days ago however within 5 minutes I fall asleep and begin having real like lucid dreams.. Any suggestions on how to stop it?

What is your AHI and leak level?

What drugs and supplements are you taking?

I'm not on any drugs or supplements. The lucid dreams just started as soon as I started the bipap machine

You didn't answer the question about AHI and leak level. Is it safe to assume you don't know how to check your AHI and leak level? If so, tell us the exact model of your machine, and we can give you instructions.
