Unfortunately, Philips Respironics changed the way the data is stored on the SD card.
i know this would be sheer speculation on your part, but why would they do that?
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

They (Respironics) have always done that with every model they have ever released.
As to why....job security maybe.

Does Dreammapper work with your Dreamstation 2?

Yes the DreamMapper app works fine with the DS2. That’s what I primarily use anyway.

Could you let me know the model number, serial number, and any other information on your Dreamstation 2? That will help us figure out how the data is being encoded. Please send me a PM if you'd like to keep that information private. (We will use it only for developing Dreamstation 2 support.)

Thanks!

BlueDragon, I'm a new user here, so I'm unable to send PMs yet. But I wonder if you could send one to me so we could correspond privately?

The reason I'm reaching out: I've been on CPAP for a while now and have a Dreamstation. I've been using OSCAR religiously to chart my progress and make tweaks to my therapy. It's invaluable.

My wife was recently diagnosed with OSA as well, and received a Dreamstation 2 yesterday. I got an SD card for her machine, and my intention was to use OSCAR this morning to ZIP the card and send it y'all's way. But OSCAR won't ZIP it.

I also tried to load it up in EncorePro 2 (which is what I was using before I discovered OSCAR), and an unknown error occurs.

When I look at the data on her card with File Explorer, I can see that it has the typical folder structure I would expect. Under the root is a P-SERIES folder. Within that is the expected LAST.txt file and another subdirectory containing the LOG.SEQ and PROP.BIN file and further subdirectories containing *.B0x files.

So the machine seems to be writing data to the card just fine. But EncorePro 2 won't recognize it and OSCAR won't ZIP it. Thoughts on how I can get these data to you and the team?

While we very much appreciate the offer, we are not in need of additional DreamStation 2 data at this time.
