Anyone having trouble getting into 'myzeo.com'?

Post by quietmorning » Sun May 05, 2013 11:49 am

I'm not sure if I wrecked my sign in trying too many times in caps (oops) or if the site is broken or down.

Any one else having any issues?

I have heard that Zeo is out of business, so it would not be surprising if the site stops working at some point soon. (Now?)

Yes - not surprised, but the site started the coaching back up a little bit ago. So I'm not sure if the site is actually down or if MY password is the problem.

I just tried and couldn't get in either. And I know my password is fine....

Must be the site....

Ah dernit.
Ok.

I really like having the export to go into sleepyhead. My husband and I have talked about it. . .he said that when he can get a chance, he'll try to get a csv file from the data for me. . . If it's something I can share, or send to Mark to load into the sleepyhead - I'll do it.

Now to go inform hubby it's become a critical issue.

The web site loads up OK but I can't log in. It tells that there was an error in performing my request. Tried three or four times and kept getting that message.

Well, forget about customer service; that was nearly non-existent on a good day!

It was wonderful before they started having money issues and had to lay off most of their staff. Since they've gone out of business, I would expect that there is no customer service at all.

QM, the unencrypted data you've downloaded from your card to view with the PC viewer is stored in the ZeoDecoderViewer0.2aRelease(1) folder in the ZeoData File.

You'll find each day's values in xml format. You can open each day with a browser, notepad, or spreadsheet program like Xcel or Open Office. If you use a spreadsheet program to open it, the data is treated as CSV and displays accordingly. It is basically the same as that which is exported from the myZeo website.

I don't use Sleepy head, but since the info in the ZeoData file is basically the same as that which would be exported from myZeo.com, I'm thinking you could point SleepyHead to your PC ZeoData file, and it might just display it without doing anything else.

Here's a portion of my last night's data which I opened with notepad. It shows the values for the 5 min hypnogram and the 30 sec hypnogram. I could copy those directly into a spreadsheet as Space Separated Values and create charts if desired. Again, the info is basically the same as that which would be downloaded from the Zeo site.

Hey, Jay,

Thanks - when things are settled down around here a bit, I'll take a look at this and see what I can do.

I found this site while searching for any possible ways for getting my Zeo data from my ipad into "some other software" now that the zeo web site seems to be down.

I have the Zeo Pro+ which just syncs to my ipad (or ipod), there is no SD card for file storage. I am very interested in any developments that may allow me to get my data into sleephead or anyother PC software.

Does anyone know where the data file would be stored on the ipad and how to access it?

Thanks

Dan

Dan, you may want to start a new post with "finding ZEO pro data on Ipad" to bring the people who use it around. I think most of the people who use myzeo.com are those with bedside zeo(s) and don't use the mobile, so wouldn't know.

Hope you get the answers you're looking for.

I just tried to access myzeo on my laptop and it wouldn't accept my pw. I even tried clicking that I lost my password and got the same response.

Not happy about this at all. I'm going to my neurologist on Thursday and she wants to see what the Zeo can show her about my sleep quality.. GRRRRRR

I know with the mobile unit, you can email yourself a copy of the report from the previous night. I have made a habit of doing that so I have a copy of every night I've used the zeo.

Not quite as good as uploading it to the site, but it's something. Here's what I get this way:
