No night terrors, but dreams are disturbing!
No complaints on my machine and mask which I've been using since I got it. However, the dreams I have are disturbing. (Lately just been stressing over little things that become disturbing only in my dreams). Just wish there was a way I can enjoy my rest without the bad dreams.

As my therapy has improved so have the vividness of my dreams. Some are just bizarre/freaky but I'm enjoying having them again.
One recurring dream I used to have was all about not being able to find my car after parking it in an area with plenty of side streets. The psychological implications of this dream are quite obvious. This dream has never recurred since being on CPAP.

I'm the opposite, my dreams are weirder when I don't use my PAP.

Check if you need more pressure during REM sleep. If you remember your dreams it is because you woke up.
