I need some feedback on the below. I have had a difficult week. Hospital stay. Long story. I am still struggling with being woke up with a rapid heart rate. Last night I woke up gasping for air which through me into a tailspin of rapid heart rate and anxiety. I ripped the mask off without turning the machine off so I am sure it affected the data....I don't know if it is just a issue with anxiety or I am just not getting enough air. It is still hard for me to dissect all the info. Any info is appreciated. At this point..I am considering something for sleeping and anxiety at night. I am on Buspar 5mg during the day now for anxiety. Thanks for all the help.

I would raise the low setting to 8 and change nothing else at least for 1-2 nights to see effects of the change. I would also look closely at the diltiazem for what effects it might have on your sleep and if necessary find out if any other similar med, possibly taken at an earlier hour, would help if you (and/or your MD) feel the diltiazem might be a problem - not suggesting it is or isn't now.

I will try changing the setting. When I was in the hospital I was wiped clean of all meds. They think the BP med changes is what messed me up to begin with. I am not on any BP meds just the Buspar for anxiety. Hasn't kicked in yet though.

I am interested in understanding the Sleep study report's with and without ACPAP and titration study. What are the causes of residual somnolence even after using ACPAP.

Gudkark - I suggest you start a new thread as this one's dealing with somewhat different issues... copy and paste this one into the new one, especially so people won't confuse the original poster's story with yours.

Hi...I am looking for feedback on Flow Rate Etc. I have made 3 screenshots show all the data. I have had some very bad nights. Started having muscle tremors and shakes and breathing issues. Trying to get someone in pulmonary to call me back but they haven't. I think I might have a respiratory issue and would like some info on tidal volume etc. Thanks!
