New Dreamstation Auto

Hi All,

I'm a new to the board. I've had a ResMed s8 for close to a decade, and today came home with a new dream station auto cpap. I'll be using the same mask and I know my way around a CPAP, but I feel like there's a lot more I can do now. I registered on their site and downloaded the free Sleepyhead software, but is there anything else you'd recommend for a newbie to the machine?

Also, is anyone using the heat-moisture exchange devices (or "artificial noses") instead of the humidifiers for travel? I'm curious about them, but on my old s8 I would tend to crank the humidifier, so I'm a little wary. I have a lot of short trips for work and if I didn't need to go find distilled water every time (or in a pinch, use tap water!) that would be great.
