First night on Auto 9-20 cm H20

Post by Danlo67 » Mon Dec 25, 2017 6:32 pm

Hi all. After 6 nights on 9 cm H20 fixed with lowest AHI at 15 and highest at 30.
My AHI was 7.1 this morning. Much better with only 8 OSA.

Results from dreammapper here and SleepyHead as well.

Still not below 5 so any ideas of where to go from here or do I just sit tight for a few more nights data?

Thanks all and Merry Christmas to all of you a day behind us Aussies.ImageImage

I'd raise the low pressure point upwards gradually and see where that takes you.

I cant read the charts you posted. And the events aren't shown.
See the three links below for help.

Here's your image link.

You need a bit more minimum pressure than the 9. You are missing some event flags and the events graph and the bar graphs on the left but I can tell by the way the pressure went up...and the higher AHI that you still need a little better starting point than the 9 cm..
Might need a little more than 10 cm but I suggest working up slowly from here. Might get lucky and not need as much as I am thinking.

Sorry I can't resize it and get it embedded. To resize it you have to choose "large thumbnail" and then copy the linked to bbc code address which is something only have access to in your imgur account.

To get your events graph to show, there is a slider button hiding under the publisher icon on your taskbar. Click that and turn back on all of the events (any with a red mark are off) make sure all are green

Thanks. About to go bed in a minute. Early morning to look forward to as usual. Going to put minimum pressure on 10.5 cm H20. See if I can get it under 5 AHI then. I'll check out SleepyHead when I get home tomorrow. Thanks heaps for your help here.
