Happy Anniversary to me......!
1 year on the new machine. How'm I doin?
The two missed days; 1st is a software anomaly I didn't miss a day and the machine doesn't think I missed a day, just Sleepyhead.
The second was during a two day power outage; and I wasn't sleeping running around dealing with generators.
most of the "fewer than 4 hours" are just slightly below or were days that I actually slept more than 4 hours in total.
Happy Anniversary to me.... :D

Your data looks good but only you can answer the question about how you are doing...
Do you jump out of bed each morning fully rested and ready to greet the day?
Then you are doing great.

Your session times look painfully short (for me at least). Are you fully rested, or are you ripping the mask off and going back to sleep?

I need to get to bed earlier, but as you can see (most clearly recently) my bed times tend to always push towards the wee hours. I'm retired, so I can sleep until whenever most days, but my dog might bark or I might have an appointment.HoseCrusher wrote: ↑Tue May 22, 2018 8:31 pmYour data looks good but only you can answer the question about how you are doing...

While not fully rested, I never sleep without the machine on. I generally need about 6 hours to be happiest, and my average runs 6.1 hours (according to the machine display). I do wish it was more consistent than playing 4.5 hours then 7.5 hours catchup.
Anyone have any hints how I can improve my "sleep hygiene", fight the 25 hour circadian rhythm thing and get to bed on time?

This is a little "outside the box..."
Offer to take care of younger grandchildren. After chasing them around the house, around the yard, and around the neighborhood, you will be ready for bed earlier than usual.
The other side of this is to move or exercise more.

Seriously though, you're probably 100% correct.

Just to make sure things are clear...
When I say you can try moving, I am referring to movement which is a step below exercise.
A good book on this is Sitting Kills Moving Heals by Joan Vernikos.

Yes, I need to move more. There. I've said it. Now I'm melting
