Good video explaining what OSA is?

I vaguely remember someone posting a link to a very good video illustrating normal breathing and then what happens when an OSA occurs and how CPAP corrects it. I have a family member who is interested in potentially pursuing a sleep study and would like to know more about OSA. If you know of a good vid explaining it all please post it, and thanks!
