EnduriMed pillow

I decided to try the EnduriMed CPAP pillow after seeing a lot of good reviews. Mainly to solve the problem of the air vent on DreamWear pillow mask hitting the pillow and waking me up. It seems to solve that problem for me very well... but after a few nights of using it, the back of my neck is very sore. At about the spot it crosses the pillow edge when I am on my back. Has anyone else had this issue? Before this I had used a very soft shredded latex foam pillow, and try to roll up the corner so the air jet does not hit it.

I use the pillow and haven't experienced this. Maybe put another pillow under it to give your head and neck a little more support?
