I'm still here!

Just thought I'd check in....It's been a while, but i'm still around...just been busy. Cpap is working great for me, I sleep all night long, feel great during the day...i've lost 44lbs since June, and still going strong. :D

Well done! CPAP really can make all the difference. This morning I went out for a run and the trees were glorious, the colours of autumn and all that ... I felt so happy and full of energy, and wondered how different it would have been had my OSA never been diagnosed or if I had lived in an earlier time, before CPAP. We are so very fortunate.

Great job! I often think what my life would be..... health-wise..... without cpap therapy. Probably have some disease that would prevent me from having fun. God bless my cpap!
