Almost two weeks on ASV...

Post by SirGaspAlot » Tue Oct 23, 2018 8:07 am

...And I feel amazing.

Other than a slight cold messing with my hypopneas, nightly clear airway events have dropped to zero, obstructives have dropped to zero, hypopneas are down to around 15 a night fluctuating with this cold using the numbers you all gave me to set my Dreamstation to, I feel great. I feel like I'm losing weight too, plus, I got a treadmill for free from someone and fixed it and started jogging again.

Thanks to you all, I feel like I'm getting my life back. God bless you.

Congratulations!!! I'm not only so happy for you, but you've also given me lot of encouragement. I go tonight for my sleep study to switch from an AirCurve 10 VAuto to ASV. As I'm sure you understand, my nights are filled with Centrals. Since I got my current machine the AHI level ranges from 4.5-33.5 every night. Just having you say that you're getting your life back and even exercising is so encouraging! I'll be thinking of your success as I head into the study tonight. Thanks again and God Bless you as well!

Great news! Glad to hear that things are going well.
Your ASV machine is catching and fixing incipient CAs just like it is supposed to.

This is my average night now. The only things showing up are 10-11 hypopneas a night, working with Pugsy rearranging some pressures got it to here, I will post Sleepyhead graphs later. I'm still iffy on using Encore graphs.

Gotta say, ASV was definitely needed, and those numbers pugsy sent my way.
