Does incorrect humidity setting cause headaches?

I am getting 7.5 hours of sleep per night with low AHI's (<2) and very low leaks. But I am still experiencing headaches.

Could an incorrect setting on the humidifier create sinus headaches?

I am using a Resmed AirSense 10 Autoset, with the HumidAir, set on Auto (SleepyHead reports it is set on manual at a setting of 4).
