  • I can't edit the override y-axis config for the FL overview to a value below 1
Why would you want to?

A design limitation isn't a bug.
I don't know about slowriter, but I have mine set at min=0.04 and max=0.25. My ResMed machine reacts to FL above 0.04 and I seldom see FL which exceed 0.25, so these settings make the graphic more meaningful (to me).
Exactly.

And I'm pretty sure I previously did it. Just not on my new build (from yesterday).

I'll double-check one more time, but pretty sure a bug.

Just checked again, and here's the deal:

I can set the max value less than 1 on the "daily" FL graph widget.

I cannot set it on the "overview" FL widget, on otherwise what looks to be the same UI. If I select "1.0" with my cursor and then try to type some other number, nothing happens. As in, it appears like it should be editable, but it's not.

This is independent of build.

Not sure if that's then an actual bug (as in, code not working correctly), or something else.

But it should work consistently and (for the user) as expected.

Here's my "Overview" of Flow Limitation set at 0.25 max. No problem.
You are using "override" to set the Y axis scaling, right?

Yes.

So it does appear to be a bug.

Are you using testing-4?

No, OSCAR v1.0.1-r-1[a102a85d OpenGL]
Different versions then.

I, however, am running testing-4, and I have no problem changing the y axis on the FL overview graph.

set it to override, type in 0.5, graph changes.

Maybe a platform or library version issue? I posted my details above.

When I originally set up Oscar, I had it use iCloud Drive to store the data files. Now that I see how much data is being saved, I would like to move it, since I am now having to pay for extra iCloud storage because of these files. The only way that I can see got store them somewhere else is to reinstall Oscar. Is there another way to do this? I apologize if the question has been asked before, but there was no easy way to just search on this thread.

First move the entire OSCAR_Data directory to somewhere on your hard disk instead of in the iCloud drive. Then open a command window, navigate to where the OSCAR program is installed (C:\Program Files\Oscar for 64-bit or C:\Program Files (x86)\Oscar). Then start OSCAR by typing the command "oscar --datadir xx". Click "no" on the question whether it is ok to use the "xx" folder and navigate to the folder where you moved your data to. OSCAR will remember that folder the next time you start OSCAR.

(Those instructions are for Windows. You can do the same thing on other operating systems but OSCAR will have been installed somewhere else.)

Thank you for your reply. I was just going to reply that I had fixed the issue on my iMac. I figured it couldn't hurt to try to move the data and see what the program would do with it. I started the program like I always do and it asked where I wanted to store my files. All is well now. Thanks again.

Hi guys,

I just discovered a bug with respect to OSCAR not recognizing sleep data that is recognized by Sleepyhead.

I have a Toshiba wifi SD card that allows me to download the data to my PC. I check my sleep hours approximately daily.

Recently I've noticed that OSCAR was missing 1-2 hours of my sleep per day when I loaded the data. I've been trying to figure out the problem for the past 2 weeks with no success. Today I realized that maybe the issue was that the files weren't being read properly.

I opened up my Sleepyhead and it is showing the sleeping hours properly.

Not sure how I can help here or whether this has already been troubleshooted.

I think this is another bug, as I can't figure any rationale for it.

If I import oximetry data, sleep stage graph no longer displays on the daily view for that day.

Code: Select all

For some reason, today it displays.
