DreamWisp QC?

I just bought one to try... the package was fully sealed. I had to rip the strip on top. Took out the mask and found long brown hair strands at a few spots around the silicon headgear. Seems strange on a sealed package... I can remove the hair... but I have a pet peeve about my CPAP stuff being new and not used by others... :) So, it has me questioning how much 'testing' was done on this... anyone else ever had a issue like this?

I have never found anything that shouldn't be in a new sealed bag. In 10 years and countless sealed mask packages...never found anything that shouldn't be there.

Maybe you should call up Respironics and let them know what you found. That's what I would be doing if it were me.
