not my kink. the idea of "powered suction" just squicks me out.

but there are members who use neti pots, though i'm not certain this is considered one. i don't feel comfortable washing out my beak. but that's just me.

AH! when i google search neti pots, this comes up.
people say i'm self absorbed.
but that's enough about them.

heh I ordered the Deluxe kit from their website directly... I've been having a lot of congestion at night and being able to clear my nostrils would be a blessing.

Ooooooh that thing looks awful! I occasionally do a saline rinse, similar to a neti pot but it's a squeeze bottle. It's a wierd feeling but I gotta say I feel cleaned out. I don't like the design of the suctioned saline being held in the bottom chamber - you're gonna have a container of booger water. My rinse goes directly into the bathroon sink, right down the drain.

Vaccuum suction doesn't sound good to me, but hey, maybe it's the next big thing! Tell us how it goes.

Will do the reviews were good (and F'ing disgusting at the same time)... I'm mostly trying to resolve some congestion issues that crop up for me at night. Waking up and and it's like I'm trying to breath through the head of a pin is rough.

I don't want to use Sinex ultra-fine mist to be able to sleep soundly every night... so I figured it was worth a shot.

To add I ordered directly from the manufacturers website. Also I checked out reviews for CPAP users and they were all positive.

Same here, I use a squeeze bottle with hot water.
No salt pods
No batteries
No suction
Cost around $5.95 at the local supermarket :P

Just watched the video. It's pricey, but looks like it would do the intended job darned well.
However, I'm stuck on trying to figure out how that model can talk while at the same time, water is shooting up her nose?!
What manner of sorcery is that?

If you're not having a good time, *DO* something about it.

Cautionary note: the Navage requires use of propietary pods. They require you to keep paying them in order to use their already-overpriced machine. On the good side of this, if you google it you can find a number of online hacks to get around it.

Let me know how it goes for you. I have the same sinus problem as you and am curious as hell about Navage.
I'm workin' on it.

Yeah I'll let you know. I got a new job so I can afford some of these stupid things... and if it can clear up my congestion at night it would be amazing.

I have not used Navage, but I have had good results with the Grossan Hydro Pulse Nasal and Sinus Irrigation System. Think WaterPik for the nose, with something akin to a nasal pillow that one puts against a nostril (one nostril at a time). I have no business relationship with Grossan; just a satisfied customer.

Do you know why you're congested? Allergies? Sinus infection? Other chronic sinus issues?

Just asking because if it's allergies, that would be easy to treat by taking an antihistamine daily.

I don't react well with antihistamines and no I'm not sure if its allergies. But I typically get really stuffed up at night where I'll wake up at around 3 or 4 AM sucking down air through a pin hole.
