Airsense 10 autoset light won't turn off

All of a sudden the display light and scroll wheel light on my CPAP machine will not turn off. It is no longer auto adjusting brightness anymore either, it is at Max brightness all the time. No matter how long I leave it alone for the screen continues to stay brightly lit.

have you perhaps tried unplugging it and plugging it back in?

I would contact the place where you got it from to see if they can send it in for repair or replacement of some kind.

I have the same machine, & it is cheaper made than my former AirSense 9.

So far the 10 is doing ok.. But I still have saved my 9

Mine was doing this last night until I realised the machine was displaying a message that the power cable was not plugged in all the way.
