For me, it is the ResMed F20 (using the memory foam cushions) along with an anti-leak strap from Pad-a-Cheek. For you, it is whatever best addresses your needs (and not mine). What specific issues are you struggling with or concerned about?

Whatever mask best fits YOUR face.
Try-ons are mandatory.
My odd little face is incompatible with full face masks,
which I find to be grossly uncomfortable/ineffective as a whole.
Good luck with your search.

I’ve only tried my dream wear full face but I like it. It took a little time to get it fitted right but I haven’t had any leak problems. It’s the small size.

My best one is also "ResMed Air Touch F20 For Her" with the memory foam seal. Most comfortable and least leaky for me.

I've tried others, been using this one for about 6 months (on CPAP for 2 years).

I have a Fisher & Paykel Simplus and find it very good. The headband isn’t too chunky and it fits well.
It whistles now and again with condensation. All I have to do is rub my thumb over the small grill with holes and it seems to stop. Only happens in winter as our bedroom is cold. It’s not a cheap mask for sure.

for everyone finding the right mask is no fun . best mask for me has been the f20 airfit , with a chin strap my wife made to quit riding up past the lower lip . l smoosh my face in the pillow . the Amara view another member recommends is one that started me on the path to success , at least wearing mask all night . the f20 worked better when I increased pressures . good luck finding the right mask.

Dreamwear FF (phillips) & F30 (Resmed).

I was pretty happy with the Simplus, but recently have been using the F20 with memory foam and believe I will stay with this it is MUCH more comfortable on the skin. With the Simplus I couldn't wear it without the Padacheek cover.

That's like trying to recommend a shoe... It's a subjective preference that can vary person to person. What works wonderfully for me may cause you blisters and pain.

I went through 6 masks my first year trying to find one that suited my particular face and circumstances. I think I'm now on my 7th or 8th (Circadiance Sleepweaver) and I think I'm good. But I'll always keep an eye peeled for any new masks that hit the market that look promising for me & my needs.

Find a vendor like the forum sponsor (cpap.com) who offers a trial period for masks. Then pick a mask and get started trialing. I would give a mask a decent chance (at least a week-ish) before giving it a thumbs-up or down.

Set your expectations realistically. You will likely need to try several masks before finding one that suits you. Maybe you get lucky and the first one works a treat. But it is also quite possible that you can't find a "perfect" mask and the best mask for you is still a compromise in some regard (leaks, headgear bugs you, whatever). Sometimes "good enough" has to suffice.

Good luck!
