As a last resort scenario, learning basics on what EPAP, aka PEEP does, could be helpful. Best to learn from legitimate medical sources online, as opposed to randoms on the internet, IMHO.

Yep, we must always rely on the scientific data, rather than one guy's opinion. I noted that the PAP-use-for-Coronavirus-mitigation-severe-pneumonia did provide some of the data from the medical journal research reports.

This ER doc is saying on camera that if they had CPAPs they could get some people off ventilators and use them for others:
