If OSCAR is hanging since trying to import the new data, but you can't remove the profile containing the corrupt data (because OSCAR hangs), then you'll need to remove the profile from outside of OSCAR.
In Windows explorer browse to Documents/OSCAR_Data/Profiles you will then see a directory for every profile. You should you can then delete the directory of the offending profile.
