I never thought about sleep disorders as an end stage disease that can be treated...

The body is truly amazing in its ability to repair itself when it has the proper materials.

She kind of turned me off when she said most of the literature on Vitamin D is Flawed. (Truthfully, I skipped part of it).

If we are being honest the amount of different opinions on vitamin D are ridiculous. If she has put her method to the test and has found consistent results it sounds like a good shout to try.
