I'm looking for the actual clinicians guide. My Resp Tech says ResMed has yet to put a digital version on their professionals web page.

Congratulations on your new machine!

The OSCAR development team would very much like to see what the data recorded on the SD card looks like so we can see what we will have to do to support this machine in OSCAR. Would you be willing to share some sample data with us?

If the machine did not come with an SD card, any SD card with a capacity of 2 to 32 GB will probably work. After leaving the card in the machine overnight while you are using it, make a zip file of the complete SD card and upload it to my Dropbox folder: https://www.dropbox.com/request/REp6AH7LCGyeOcXfOokH. Please include your forum name, model, and serial numbers in the zip file name so we can get back to you if we have any questions.

Thanks for your help!

According to a reddit post from an anonymous source, who has posted numerous pics of an AirSense 11 in his possession. To get into clinician mode:

When you get to the main screen there are two on screen buttons. Touch and hold both to get into the clinical menu.

Somebody needs to be submitting data to OSCAR so they can make sure the AS11 is compatible. :)

[Edited -- today was a loooooong day to say the least.]

Yes, please! We are very anxious to see what AirSense 11 data looks like.

See my post above for where to upload data to.

Why? Keeping the rank and file out of the 'secret' menu is a good thing, there's things in there that shouldn't be messed with until they learn at least the basics.

Earlier CPAP Reviews had posted a video where he went through an AirSense 11 Manual, discussing new features with the Air 11.

That video has now been removed because of a Copyright claim by ResMed.

ResMed is doing a controlled launch currently with select DME providers.

I was told that a full general release will happen in early August.

@mrfast Is there Bluetooth connectivity with your phone?

I read through this thread, but did not see any info about whether there is a new AirCurve 11 coming or just the AirSense this year? Has there been any info found on that?

The AirCurve 10 models were not tied to the AirSense 10 models at launch.

One of the requirements for US devices with radios in them is, submission to the FCC for approval. The AirSense 10, FCC documents are dated July 2014, it was announced August 2014, no mention of the AirCurve 10. There is no mention of AirCurve 11 models in the AirSense 10 documents.

Also worth mentioning is the DreamStation 2. It's FCC documents reference only the CPAP and APAP devices, and were dated April 2020. No mention of a new BiPAP. The DS 2 was released April 2021, and still no DS 2 BiPAP.

So given there are still no (Publicly known) FCC submissions for the AirCurve 11, or DS 2 BiPAP, I think we can safely assume that BiLevels are a ways away. To further complicate things, assuming an AirCurve 11 and DS 2 BiPAP are similar to their CPAP/APAP line with regard to radios we can expect a much short approval process. The FCC submission is an American requirement, but other countries have similar testing and approvals, though access to documents is not easy.

ResMed AirSense 10 is a great machine. I just got mine not that long ago so it will be quite a while before I ever get another one. the 11 looks cool though from what people have posted.
