Lets see I am using a Dreamstation but do have a System one bipay, A resperdonics S9,
a resperdonix S8 apap and if all else fails I have a Resperonics M with a flaky on off switch.
I already registered my Dreamstation and System one for the recal but was disappointed
I couldn't register the old M series cpap -- well it didn't hurt to ask.

M series machines are unaffected by the recall...so no need to register or whatever.

I used to have a collection of spares even after having sold or given away a couple. Last year I decided to give the last 2 away for the cost of shipping because I needed the space and they were getting quite old. Admittedly, it made me a bit nervous, but I've slept for nearly 2 years in a recliner and not needing CPAP, and just in the past few weeks have been able to sleep some laying down so I'm using the machine again. Been thinking I'm about due for a new bi-livel and retire this S9 to the closet. For those who know my history with PLMD, I have not had much of an issue with my legs for over a year, rarely needing to use my TENS. As soon as I started sleeping laying down my legs have been acting up. Wish I understood why.

Yep, have one. Make sure to use your backup 3-4 days every 6 months or so or you get 'old motor' odor sometimes. I got that with the s9 but not with the Airsense so YMMV.

Bought a machine in desperation before my titration and that became my backup when I got my insurance paid for machine. Found a matching zero hour machine on Offer Up for $125 and sold the other backup. Now I don't need two sets of supplies. I also have backup masks but that's another story. I've been debating whether I need 2 backups since I upgraded to a new machine last Fall.

I have a travel AirMini that I would use as a backup if my primary fails.

I have all the machines I've used, all ResMeds, Escape CPAP (brick now my hose dryer), S8, two S9s. Several RespCare Hybrid masks with spare cushions and pillows, extra hoses. Time to run my spares to ensure all function properly.

I have saved all my old machines--except for the s9 Elite,
which I donated to the free clinic.
Even then, they expressed a preference for APAP.
(((Sorry, those I keep.)))

Absolutely. Got a screaming deal on a VAUTO. It sits in my office next to the 8-foot bean bag, so it gets exercised 2-3 times per week.

After the bombshell news about Philips, I went into my closet and pulled out my REMstar C-Flex from 2005. Worked like a charm. The good thing is the head piece for my Philips was a RESmed Airfit P10 so the hoses sealed quite well. This machine has 24420 hours, it was my first CPAP, and I used it from 2005 to late 2013.
