return old dreamstation 2

Post by Catnapper » Sat Apr 08, 2023 12:47 pm

So I finally received my re-certified bipap machine for the recalled one. They want the old one sent back. Doesn't it have private info in its memory? If so, how do I clear that off the machine? Does it matter? I did remove the memory card.

Were they supposed to send new humidifier too? They didn't.

I had hoped to get a new machine, but no. My husband received a new machine when his was replaced. My bad luck.

Thanks in advance for your help. Remember I am an old, old woman and not up to speed on technology anymore.

Since the machine will no longer be in your possession, it does not matter.
Nothing on it can connect to your personal info.
Even if it did, nobody cares enough to look.
Too much work--too little benefit.

Catnapper;
To Me it would depend if I was planning to sue ..
I read there was a Court Order against phillips demanding the return of machines
to preserve evidence because of present lawsuits ..

Thanks for the answers. Easy for me to do, and no worries.
