Pressure adjustment recommendation

Post by kaiasgram » Mon Aug 28, 2023 1:19 am

Veteran here but a bit rusty on pressure adjustments: I'm trying to help a not-so-tech-savvy friend using a Dreamstation APAP. She definitely needs to adjust her pressure(s), and my initial impression is that the Min pressure should be higher than 4. It looks like the pressure doesn't often reach the Max of 10, so I'm not sure if that should be adjusted yet.

It also looks like the clock on her machine needs to be adjusted? Every day has that huge gap you see between about 16:15 and 23:45. I've never used a Philips machine but I can get into the clinician menu.

Thoughts from the seasoned experts?

not an expert by any means. but it looks like, according to the graph you posted, that your friend may benefit from raising that min pressure to 7.

good luck!

but that's enough about them.
