Questions about new equipment and using a medical supply place

I just got my test results Mild apnea 12.8 well they ask what company I wanted to use I told them .. they told me this place has gotten some complaints from their patients like customers service.. my Son went there and had no issues .. but I did look at their reviews and it was some bad ones.. my question is can I call and have them send my prescription to another place since I haven’t even went yet

I would ask if they can send it back to you... or else ask your MD if they can write a new one. But you also need to ask your insce co. which dealers (we call them DME's) they support.

Yes the DME/Supplier can send the RX to another supplier of your choice (make sure your insurance is good with new place).
Now I say they can send it but whether or not they will is another story.

That's what I did with the first DME of my choice when I first started cpap...they got fired for telling me lies before I even got my machine.

They faxed the RX to another DME that I chose.
