AirFit Resmed F30 problem

Post by fidero » Sun Nov 26, 2023 11:59 am

Hy folks!
This is my first post here, so please be gentle :D
I have just got my new AirFit Resmed F30 mask, I have been using the old one for more than 2 years.
The problem I have with this new one is I can not manage to separate the cushion from the frame (the base). No matter how hard I try (I was afraid I will even broke it) it will not get separated. Am I missing something, like in new models they are integrated together or what?
Appreciate any input.
Cheers!

You’re correct that the cushion is tough to separate.
This is what works for me:
Work your finger under either the right or left magnetic tab working your finger towards the center of the opening for the elbow. It will pop apart.
Good sleeping!

I had the same problem.
My provider made it look very easy but my new one would not come apart at first. After almost cracking it I finally got it apart. Now it works just fine.
