Goodbye (and good riddance) Philips/Repironics

I don't expect Philips/Respironics to have even a token presence in the US much longer.

This means that it's questionable whether replacement parts will remain available. Replacement parts include water tanks, heated hoses (though "standard" hoses will fit), and filters (reusable and disposable).

Additionally, since the US was a substantial portion of their world market, they will try dumping their garbage on the rest of the world!
