Analyzing Sleep Apnea, CPAP Treatment in Melanoma Prognosis

This article clearly states that if you suffer from OSA, your prognosis is significantly improved if you're CPAP compliant. This article states that this is the case for Melanoma. Also, by implication, the same applies to other cancers as well.

The obvious issue with melanoma is what to do if the melanoma is in a place that interferes with wearing the mask? This means that the doctor treating the melanoma has to be very involved with the exactly how the mask fits and perhaps alter the treatment to accommodate the mask.
