OT: Is it OK if I don't take some articles from Psychology Today too seriously?

"Run around your house in the middle of a downpour. Tell a . . . joke. Learn to juggle. Wear something silly."--https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog ... eriousness
The people who confuse "entomology" and "etymology" really bug me beyond words.

Eventually, you might realize that you've given up all of your hobbies—or the ones you still have are very serious affairs.
This explains perfectly why I gave up unicycling and balloon animal art hobbies, but kept on with the hobbyist basement brain surgery on the weekends. Now if you'll excuse me it's Friday night and I have a number of spinning plates needing immediate attention ...

I assume we're still on for tomorrow for that Abby Normal thingy I'm getting done, right?

And I sure hope my stitches will be mostly healed before the upcoming song-and-dance dress rehearsal later on that week.

Unfortunately, I never really learned to speak or understand the British language.

Hmmm.
On second thought, they might tell you it's not, gasp, , peer reviewed.
