Hero or zero? You decide.

This is hilarious... and yet, not. For many of us we love our PAP, we take to it like a fish to water (distilled only!). For some, it's not a relief... it's a torture.

If you're found >5 AHI in certain jobs you are condemned to suffer sleep torture. These folks did not complain about poor sleep, or being tired... in many cases they were singled out due to high BMI, thick neck, or other arbitrary criteria and forced to take a sleep study which determined they had Moderate OSA. Now they have to be 'compliant' for their jobs... this is messing with their livelihood... and they feel they sleep just fine without CPAP.

So then we have this guy:

Nick posted the picture yesterday and I laughed... I knew exactly what was going on. Jason helps us to understand how arbitrary and capricious this is.
