110 and 240 volts cover Western Europe and USA, right? My m/c is compatible with both those.
Is the 12V adaptor for camping?
and
Should i buy a special plug or something prior to my trip to the States? Maybe something from a camping store?
Thanks
Di
silly question about international voltage
But where are you from ???
If going to the states the usually all you need is a US power cord for your dual voltage machine.
I have lots of US machines that I run on 240 volts just by buying a local Austyralian power cord.
The 12v supply is typically for battery use.
Good luck

I have spare US powercords, can send you one if you want. You can pay me back with a beer next time I'm sitting in Hay street mall admiring all the old original buildings while passing time on a business trip
PM me with your address n i'll have it in the mail t'morra. PS tell me what type you need, does your cpap use a 2 pin (as in Resmed S8) or 3-square pin as in desktop PC style.
Cheers
