Well, quite a few of us are keen on the movie Understanding Sleep-Disordered Breathing written and produced by Resmed: http://www.resmed.com/en-en/clinicians/ ... 40x380.swf

Sheesh, well now that you've replied we can't spam delete this.

Fine. Maybe we'll just have fun.

My fave is "Harold and Maude."

I really relate to Maude. Anyone know a nice 21+ Harold I can date?

LOL,
B.

Well, I was going to let my post marinate for a good ten minutes before deleting it... We could then delete that original spam and kill the entire thread. But now that you've appended to this thread, Babs...

Sheesh... isn't that one of those biblical names? Anyway, I don't think he's posting in this thread.

"Harold and Maude" was one of those cult classics that people seemed to really love or really hate. Kinda like that Resmed movie.

Ohhh.... So one post is okay, then it can be spam deleted? But more than one reply and we're stuck with it? Good to know.

The Powers that be took away my Spam delete button and won't let me have it back. I deleted my own thread on the request of another forum member and they viewed that as abuse. I grovelled and everything.

Harold and Maude should be required viewing by the entire world. While hooked up to a Respironices M series APAP with a Nasal Aire II strapped to their face.

I'm contemplating going out on Mission to spread this Gospel door-to-door. I'm inspired by these guys:

I am surprised that no one has noticed that the man in the ResMed movie is a hunka burnin' love!

Wars arise from a failure to understand one another's humanness. Instead of summit meetings, why not have families meet for a picnic and get to know each other while the children play together?

Wonder if they used one of those big famous Hollywood snore studios. Dreamworks is also rumored to have dabbled in cinematic snooze.

Yeah!!! ...At least according to my fawning wife. She keeps up with all the Hollywood gossip. Apparently he's quite the animated character back stage. And quite the ladies man too!

One tabloid claims he regularly went over to a neighboring stage set---the one where NHTSA was filming---then spent the entire time hitting on several female crash test dummies! And their crash test kids were supposedly right there on the set!!

I wonder if that flatulence scene employed the same sound effects studio Resmed relied on for their cinematic snore. Very similar biologic sounds from a cinematographer's perspective I would think.

I'm with Allen on having a heck of a time choosing a single best movie. That truly is a tough one...

Loved those old Alka Seltzer commercials!

Bookbear, just so you know, that movie inspired me TO NEVER EVER GET MARRIED.

Reminds me entirely too much of my parents.

LOL,
Babs - Also a huge fan of "Persuasian", the one with Ciaran Hinds. Sigh... He's so dreamy!!!

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

I don't think it can be narrowed down to one "best" movie. Here, off the top of my head, is a list of some of my favs, in no particlular order:

Star Wars (the original)
Casablanca
Call Northside 777
No Highway in the Sky
Harold and Maude
Harry and Tonto
Blazing Saddles
Young Frankenstein
Sahara (Humphrey Bogart)
African Queen
Great Escape
From Here to Eternity

And the list goes on
