SPO PulseOx 7500 software

Post by Ron Jerkins » Sun Dec 20, 2009 11:28 am

I have an SPO PulseOx 7500. I have been through several PC's and moves and have lost my software CD (Vitabase and Vitascore). Where can I get a replacement? SPO has not been very helpful. I have home PC's running XP, Vista, and Windows 7 so any version will do. Thanks!

Ron,

No, SPO is not at all helpful regarding the software.

That's because it's supplied by a third party vendor called Temec ... in the Netherlands.

Go here for the software: http://www.temec.com/portal/node/13

I'm running Vista 64 Home Premium.

Good luck.

I have one at home for more than 2 years and I cannot use it because its software support is terrible. It always does not work with xp and there is no help from SPO medical. I suggest not to purchase this.

SPO was very helpful to me

lost my Vitascore to computer crash - cant find old CD

so called SPO (800) 548-6705 customer assistance

$15 including ship and handle [ then a $5 refund to my credit card that I just found!]
so cost was 10 bucks-
service was excellent and it installed and I have already used
they seemed like the good guys to me- so I am posting to defend them a bit

I found the software! If anyone needs it, here's the link:
https://web.archive.org/web/20160427230 ... lseox-7500
(Software to download)
This installer installs 2 programs at once: Vitabase and Vitascore.
This is from the official site. Preserved in the Internet archive.

Thanks SO much for the link! Just needed to revive my old SPO 7500, but couldn't locate the software. Downloaded/Installed—back in business!
