On my way to the Sleep Clinic

Take your own pillow and a favorite stuffed toy, it is a piece of cake. Oh and do not wear long PJ bottoms, wear shorts and a T shirt, just a suggestion.

Sleep well. Wake rested.

I second the shorts and tee shirt. Keep take a longs to a minimum as they just seem in the way. I took wallet for ID and keys only ( the machine and mask I had also of course). I have had two or three studies and like them better in a hospital than in a clinic. You will probably be tired in the morning. I was. Good hunting on that perfect level!

SheepDog, I can understand taking your mask ... but why the machine if you were going for a PSG???

Sometimes we check patients machines to see if they are working properly. We will also adjust them if need be.

sleeping i dont think there are any disadvantages or advantages, all you need is sleep, you can sleep in the day time or night.
after working sleeping is necessary for our health

Slinky, the last time that I had a PSG, they requested that I bring my own machine as supposedly they didn't have one like it.
