Can someone let me know about getting Encore Pro?

Check your PM box BUT...all I have knowledge of is Pro 2.11 and it may not work with the 960 machine.
I hear there is a Pro 2.12 version that will work with the 960 as well as install on Windows 8 but I don't know where to find it.

I just upgraded my computer and need the link to Encore. It looks like Basic is favored around here, but if anyone could send me the links to Basic and Encore Pro 2, I would be most grateful.

I haven't been monitoring either. I haven't been able to get 1.8 to work on my 64 bit machine. Could I get the link too? Thanks.

Most likely you can use Pro but depending on which machine you are using you may not gain anything in regards to data over your Encore Viewer software.
Unless you have a PR S1 machine that gathers wave form graphs which Viewer doesn't show but Pro does...the reports are identical.
