Zeo for two? How to?

Post by chunkyfrog » Sun Aug 19, 2012 2:35 pm

I just used my new Zeo Bedside for the first two nights;
and based on my results, I figure hubby is going to be the primary user.
How do I add a patient to my user account?--or do I have to delete my data and re-register as him?
---or what? Help, please.

I recall reading on the Zeo website that the user account is linked to the actual device by serial number. If another person is going to be using it then you need to contact Zeo and have them make the switch for you. They certainly set things up assuming one zeo, one person.

There would be ways that two people could use it without changing the account but many of the "features" for trending and such would be pretty much useless. If a note was added for each night however you could easily parse the exported data and separate things for trend analysis using Excel or such.

Thank you, tschultz.
I think I'll probably use it on the bullfrog, and just ignore my nights.
My first 2 nights' ZQ's were 94 and 110; I know he needs way more help than I.
